• Press and hold these three keys for seven seconds - the control and option buttons on the left-hand side and the shift button on the right side.
• Then press and hold the power key as well. Now keep holding all 4 keys for another seven seconds and then release all 4 buttons at the same time.

Check for your faulty RAM 

If you hear reporting sounds from the machine, your MacBook could have RAM faults that are causing it not to turn on. If you hear 1 beep every 5 seconds, your device has not detected any RAM. If you recently replaced or unplugged you’re RAM, check to see if it was rightly installed.

Check for the flat battery

Perform a power cycle 

A Mac has 3 significant states – off, sleep, and ON. Performing a power cycle means you force the device to return to the OFF state. In a pre-2013 MacBook Pro, there’s a sleep indicator on the front edge of the case. When Mac enters sleep mode, this sleep indicator light will flash.

Apple removes the sleep indicator in newer models. If you cannot see anything on the display from these newer models, it’s hard to tell what state your device is currently in.

In your Mac gets stuck in the Sleep state for some reason, your device will not respond to standard wake-up signals such as opening the lid, pressing the power key, or clicking the touchpad. You must force the Mac back to the OFF state by performing a power cycle.

Check for the faulty screen
